Even in a competitive market, that isn't friendly to buyers, she was able to find me a great home and get my offer accepted. Every agent can set up a search and help you find a home to make an offer on. However what separates good agents from great is by getting the deal accepted. Megan demonstrated that to me by collaborating with the listing agent effectively so that we could reach an agreement and get me in the house I wanted. If you are looking to buy or sell a home in Delaware or Pennsylvania I would recommend using Megan because she gets deals done.

They helped us switch to a new one and everything went smoothly in the end. they hooked us up with a great inspector and we felt comfortable with house that we got a good deal. Very responsive
